Eligibility and Requirements:

Applicants must provide:

  • Official transcripts from the highest completed qualification

  • Evidence of relevant professional experience (typically 3–5 years, depending on the degree level)

  • Completed PLA application form

  • Updated CV/resume

  • Passport or national ID copy

  • Passport-sized photo

  • Additional training certificates, work experience letters, and, if applicable, recommendation letters and a portfolio of practical work

PLA Process:

  1. Submit Application: Complete the PLA application form and upload all required documents.

  2. Initial Review: The Accreditation and Quality Management Department reviews your submission for completeness and eligibility.

  3. Assessment: Your evidence is mapped against learning outcomes by qualified assessors.

  4. Quality Assurance: All decisions are reviewed by the IQM system. External verification may be conducted by independent experts from accrediting bodies, universities, or government agencies.

  5. Outcome Notification: Applicants are informed of the result and provided with feedback or next steps.

Assessment Criteria:

  • Validity: Evidence must directly relate to the learning outcomes.

  • Authenticity: All evidence must be your own work.

  • Currency: Evidence must be recent and relevant.
