2. Meeting & Schedule Coordination

  • Managing calendars for executives and teams, ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Sending invitations, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant documents.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and summarizing key discussion points.
  • Coordinating virtual and in-person meetings, booking conference rooms, and setting up technology.
  • Time management coaching for executives and administrative staff.

3. Document Preparation & Filing

  • Creating, formatting, and proofreading reports, contracts, invoices, and manuals.
  • Organizing digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Ensuring secure storage and compliance with data regulations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentation materials and spreadsheets.
  • Legal document preparation, including contracts and compliance reports.

4. Office Supplies & Inventory Management

  • Monitoring and managing office supplies for availability.
  • Placing orders for stationery, equipment, and resources.
  • Maintaining an inventory tracking system for stock levels.
  • Coordinating with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
  • Workspace organization and ergonomic office setup consultation.

Note:

  • Basic Plan: $1,000/month – Covers the mentioned tasks.
  • Advanced Plan: $1,500/month – Includes additional support and priority handling.
  • Premium Plan: $2,000/month – Full service support with customized solutions.
  • Any additional tasks will be added to the agreement with relevant cost.
